crying I had the worst day on Thursday!!!! crying

around 6 pm, my friend and I went to a bank machine, because I had to pay him back for something. the machine stole my debit card and didn't even give me my money ;__; i was so pissed off, i have never been so angry in my life, i'm usually a happy person. i was extremely disappointed with the amount of customer service. first off the owner of the corner store where the machine is, didn't warn us and never put a warning sign up, saying that 4 or 5 other cards have been taken by the machine that day, on the machine is a hotline to call if there are any trouble with the machines, we kept getting put on hold and then they told us there was nothing they could do and it would be hours before they would send someone to fix the machine. so there goes my debit card! i called my bank and they told me they couldnt do anything either and it would be best to cancel that card and get a new one. so we had to walk all the way to my bank which was blocks away, we kept missing the buses! so i went there got a new card and cancelled the other one, the bank lady said that the money transfer never completed so nothing was taken from my bank. on my way back home we still kept missing the buses! plus my foot got cut and I injured my ankle. what a day! cry
